Seramount Global Member Conference – Keynote Speaker (London, UK)
Sharon Brooks gave the Keynote Speech at the Seramount Global Member Conference held in London. Along with Seramount President, Subha V. Barry, Sharon explored how to Globalize Inclusion Strategy and Drive Belonging in Organizations. They discussed a range of issues including: the importance of leveraging data, engaging key stakeholders, and effectively communicating success strategies, as well as the swinging pendulum around inclusion.

Practising Law Institute (PLI) Panel (New York, NY, USA) (virtual)
PLI hosted a panel on navigating issues around inclusion and belonging in global organizations. Serving as moderator, Sharon Brooks led a discussion featuring distinguished speakers from the law firm, in-house legal department, philanthropic, nonprofit, and academic sectors.

University of Cambridge Judge Business School Workshop (Cambridge, UK)
Sharon Brooks and collaborator, Dr. Farzana Aslam, designed and delivered a workshop on Navigating Difficult Inclusion Conversations in the Workplace for Global Executive MBA participants at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. They explored a range of complex legal, regulatory, and cross-cultural considerations that business leaders face when addressing inclusion issues.

INSEAD Business School Workshop (Fontainebleau, France)
Returning to one of her favorite venues – the classroom – Sharon Brooks delivered a workshop on Allyship for INSEAD business school students. Sharon discussed defining allyship, building skills to foster inclusion, and the importance of supporting colleagues from a range of identities and perspectives across organizations.

This virtual workshop for Yale Law School’s Launchpad Scholars included: an exploration of personal and professional goals, effectively managing stress in law school and the legal profession, and assembling a toolkit for wellness and self-care practices.

Equal4Europe Conference Panel, ESADE Law School (Barcelona, Spain)
The Equal4Europe Consortium invited Sharon Brooks to participate in their conference held at ESADE Law School, which convened leading academic institutions from across the continent. Sharon was part of a panel exploring issues of gender equality in academia.

Uber Fireside Chat and Panel (Tokyo, Japan)
